Loosing Focus on Smolpad

I’ve made many tests (in beta Version), and each time I create a folder, the focus is not placed on the text field to write the name of the new folder. Perhaps i have a conflict, because sometimes, when i write texts in a note, the focus goes away after a second. I don’t have the problem when i write this text, or in Mail for example just before or just after…. Edit : I found the reason ! I had the SmoldPad folder opened in the finder and I wrote or edit the title (first line) of a note… the focus goes away, and no more in the case when I write the corpus of the note And finally, same problem if the folder is not opened on the finder, focus goes away when we edit the title and so the name of md file in iCloud !

Proposals of management of images

(in version 1.3.5 - macOS) Great integration of the images. Thanks. Some first remarks: 1) When we drag an image, Smolpad editor is not always opened at this time... Is it possible to add this behavior: dragging a picture over the menuBar icon opens the smolpad editor, to permit inserting the image. 2) Reducing the displayed image in the note (it is a note, not a page editor). I don’t know on which fixed size, perhaps though a setting or a size as a big icon (width=124 px), and by clicking (with modifier) on it showing the image in a bigger size in an erruptive and temporary window, but please let the copied image with the initial size in the smolpad folder 3) give a mean to retrieve the image y click and drag again (perhaps click and modifiers, one for copy, one for move, the iamge ? 4) if we delete the copied image in the Smolpad folder, the text is still present (normal i thing), perhaps a message should appear to alert the user ? or the text of the link to the image in red ?) But great: if I copy again the image in the folder (same name), the image appears again in the note. 5) link to the image : i saw 2 types of text : and Why ? And about the [] I thought it was to add a title? But not. 6) I thought it would be a problem with 2 images with the same name (in the same note or not) : Great implementation... Except if we delete an image in the note, the image is staying in the Smolpad folder. 7) I don’t understand the second choice in the menu of the setting (./assets) ??? 8) Do you need help for the FR translation for this new menu? Are other sentences around the images?

no more X icon to quit the app on MacOS !

I wondered if this was a bug, but in reality, it’s just me making the same mistake over and over: clicking the “X” to return to the current application. But actually, it’s natural to think that way, because SmolPad is a “menu bar” application that launches when the session starts (and therefore remains active at all times). I’d like the behavior of this “X” icon to be changed so that it closes (rather than quits) the SmolPad window (just like when you click outside the SmolPad window).
