iPhone: Dragging Notes
drag notes on iPhone seems to be not correct : a note is with difficulty drageable, but on release, it comes back to its original location. (Ok on mac)
drag a note on folder (or on Folder name) AND move a note outside a folder are not ok on iPhone (ok on Mac)
